Our client, a promising pharmaceutical SME, was interested in involving all its employees in its approach to strategy, continuous improvement and innovation. The approach : A.I.M. has initially identified in the organization the brakes upon achievement of requested goals. Following a number of interviews, we have implemented a 3 level training program, adapted training plan the specifics and the enterprise use patterns. Finally we have accompanied it in recommended practices. Results : Two new innovative cosmetics were created and moreover research costs were optimized. Olo, the netbook reinvented
Olo, a worldwilde buzz... To demonstrate the power of ther forecasting tools used by A.I.M., we created olo. Olo is mobile docking station for smartphone. The information about this product was shown on more than 35 000 websites and in less than 3 monthes 500 000 peoples visited our website.
Our client, leader in service to the oil industries, wanted to improve the effectiveness of a process. The challenge : This operation, key to the value chain, has been optimized for many years until reaching excellence. In this context, further improvement would have meant moving Hercules columns. In addition to the perception of the complexity involved, this problem was to be solved in a multinational organization whose size meant difficulty to have different branches working optimally together. The approach : The challenge of this issue was then double. A technical problem associated with a human problem. After mapping all the issues at stake through one to one interviews, A.I.M. started applying both specific team management strategies and technical problem solving methods. By modeling the problem with our customer and calling upon scientific and technical databases, we generated 25 relevant solutions. Results : Among these 25 alternatives presented in various areas (physical, chemical, technique), 3 are currently under implementation. These solutions were generated during 6 half-day meetings.
