Based in the Paris area, it operates today on a national and international scale for clients from different sectors of activities: transportation, telecommunications, energy (including renewable), pharmaceutical and medical. In A.I.M., we establish real partnerships with our customers helping them to improve their ability to innovate in terms of products, services or processes. Partenership : A.I.M. is a member of the European network Greenovate Europe gathering “green innovation specialists”. Greenovate has win the first European project support to eco-manufacturing for SMEs. Méthodology : Willing to promote access to innovation methods, A.I.M. has contributed to the drafting of a simplified approach to TRIZ within the TRIZ France association.
Giacomo Bersano, Managing Director and founder Giacomo is 45. He holds a Master Degree in electric engineering from the Polytechnic School of Turin and a Master Degree in Management from the Paris IFG (French Management Institute). He is a certified member of the Project Management Institute (PMP). After a first experience in an Italian SME, followed by a two year experience in Rockwell Paris, he began his career as a consultant in 1995 in Altran Paris. In 2000 he started coordinating the senior consultants in Altran Italy. In 2007 he created A.I.M. Renaud Uhl Renaud is 32. He holds a Master Degree from the Polytechnic School of Montréal and a Master Degree in Innovating Design Engineering. He is a member of TRIZ France. He began his career in a French SME where he was in charge of special machine conception, product design and automotive systems. Later he worked for the innovation division of Altran. In 2007 he joined A.I.M and developed his competences in the field of innovation consulting. Sylvia Moy Sylvia is 39. She holds a Master Degree in International Business Negotiation from the University of La Sorbonne and a Degree in Psychology from the University of Nanterre. In her initial career she worked as a consultant in several international public relation companies acquiring and developing skills in communication, development, management, training, and HR. In 2007 she co-founded A.I.M.
